 Tom Maple obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 1978, followed by his Broker's License in 1980. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers in the purchase & sale of real property, Tom has extensive experience in construction & property management. Tom's true passion is restoring homes, and he has, to date, restored eighteen properties located in Southern California. All but two of the homes were originally constructed prior to 1932, and the list of completed projects includes houses built in 1890 & 1896. "You can't find 19th Century "replacement" parts at Home Depot, which makes the restoration process more like a treasure hunt than a construction project." In 2005 Tom received recognition from the City of Pasadena (Historic Preservation Award), and the State of California (National Historic Preservation Award) for the restoration of his 1896 Victorian; a project which took four years to complete. Tom graduated from California State University, Los Angeles in 1972 with a degree in English Literature, and graduated in 1990 from Chapman University, Orange with a degree in Counseling Psychology. Tom is the Broker/Owner of Western Pacific Properties, and currently lives in Fallbrook with his wife, Barbara.
   
   
Jan Erik Callne - Real Estate Consultant for Homes in Style

Jan Erik Callne was born in Stockholm, Sweden and moved to Newport Beach in 1972.  He has lived and worked in South Africa and Singapore. Jan Erik lives for every day, believes nature is a precious commodity and enjoys people, food, and traveling.

 

Jan Erik is a Real Estate Consultant experienced in residential and land real estate contract negotiations. He started his real estate career in 2002 in Fallbrook, California, specializing in opening new doors to "Connect Buyers and Sellers of Luxury Properties", through creating engaging content and telling a story using print, digital video and audio.
